The AHJA Waiver & Release of Liability is REQUIRED for every exhibitor, signed by a parent or guardian only. Trainers cannot sign for their students. These must be submitted to the show secretary prior to receiving a back number for your client; otherwise, a back number will not be given. No exceptions.
