Breaking it down in a nutshell:
The show begins in only 35 days!
Early registration discount ($25) ends on October 1st. Register here.
Register by October 30th to avoid $50 late fee.
Limited golf carts and camper spots are available for rent for show weekend. Registration is online.(see link above)
Check in will be available on Thursday from 2 pm and will close promptly at 4 pm. Office will open at 7:00 a.m. each show day.
Arrival begins 8 a.m. Thursday. Stalls cannot be occupied prior to this day and time. Early arrival will result in fines and additional fees.
Schooling is available Thursday beginning at 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. and Friday & Saturday mornings until 7:30 a.m. Rings are closed to schooling on Sunday morning.
Please utilize the online add/scratch feature on horseshowsonline.com. It will be available each show day from 2 pm until 8 pm. This will help prevent a long line and wait period during the mornings in the office.
Interested in becoming a sponsor at the 2018 Year End Show or a Division Sponsor? Your sponsorship is imperative to the vitality of the AHJA. Please click the sponsorship button below. Deadline for sponsorship is October 10th firm. Sponsorship will be accepted after this date; however, sponsorship is not guaranteed signage or ads after deadline.

The 2018 AHJA Banquet will be held in January, 2019. More information to follow in December. Simple ways you can help:

2019 Scholarship Application
Congratulations to Megan Seidel, the recipient of the 2018 AHJA Scholarship! Application is now open to all 2019 graduating seniors with a 3.0 or higher GPA. All entries must be submitted by December 1, 2018 and will be announced at the 2018 Year End Banquet. Visit here to fill out the application.
SAVE THE DATE The AHJA 2018 Banquet will be held on Friday, January 4th at HAVEN in downtown Birmingham. More information will follow in the November/December enewsletter.

IMPORTANT! Please turn in your perpetual trophies by the Year End Show on November 1-4, 2018. They can be collected at any show between now and November 1. Be sure you have them engraved! Email email@example.com with any questions.
Negative Coggins REQUIRED
There has been a recent outbreak of EIA; therefore, a PRINTED COPY of a Negative Coggins dated within a year of show date MUST BE PROVIDED to the show secretary before a back number will be issued. The copies will remain on file until the end of the show season. The show secretary does not have the means to scan or print your original at the show, therefore, you must bring a copy which you can leave with the secretary.
